Family Leader Network will deliver your petition to Rep. John Dingell and other key lawmakers. Rep. Dingell is the chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee which authorizes spending for Abstinence Education also called "Title V."

Reauthorization of this program is critical because not only does it provide the Title V Abstinence Education grants ($50 million annually), but also the guidelines. The current guidelines require that abstinence education programs have an exclusive purpose of teaching the social, psychological, and health gains to be realized by abstaining from sexual activity until marriage.
